About Me

Hi I’m Zune Harris! I have a BFA in Fashion Design, and I make sportswear and costumes. I currently live in Oklahoma with my amazing family.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It was aggressive and crippling. The onset was sudden and excruciatingly painful and ordinary things like dressing myself and my children became a tearful task. I basically grew a hatred for snap buttons on onesies, zippers on jeans, jeans in general – any garments where my crooked fingers had to pinch or pull – I despised! I even avoided going out because I didn’t look forward to the pain of changing my clothes. Finally, I searched the internet for Arthritis-friendly clothes and was surprised to find that the options were limited and were geared towards the elderly. I wanted something trendy and easy to slip on/off. So once I started my medical treatment and was able to use my joints especially my fingers I started making clothes that are easy to wear. I started to take the words “slip on/slip off” to heart.

I’m still working on finding the right medical treatment for me because I still have bad flare ups regularly, but when I do it’s a nice feeling to know that I can dress myself independently.

If you know of someone with RA or joint problems, if you have RA or any other joint pains or if you’re like me who has RA and a tiny toddler who needs to be changed 5 times a day – I hope you will find something on my website that will make getting dressed a little less stressful and a whole lot more comfortable!
